Mattresses and Toppers:
We offer a 180 night sleep trial. We ask that you sleep on your new mattress/topper for 21 days to allow your body time to adjust to your new bed. During the remaining nights, if you decide your new mattress isn't the right one for you, then we will have it picked up and issue a 100% refund. Our Sleep Trial only applies to items purchased directly on this website with a limit of 3 items per year per household (1 year from order date). If you would like to exchange your Early Bird for a different comfort we are happy to allow one exchange per order. In the instance of an exchange, your 180 night sleep trial remains from the date you received your original order. The Early Bird Platform Bed Frame cannot be returned or exchanged and is not qualify for a trial.
We are happy to take back unopened and unused accessories within 30 days of purchase, we only ask that you pay for shipping. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org. to set up your return. Unfortunately, due to sanitary reasons we can not take back opened accessories. Accessories include pillows, protectors, and encasements.
To be eligible for a return, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
